On the last floor, another bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and terrace with views and the another one with 2 single beds.
The house is 750 meters from the beach and approximately 500 meters of all services.

To access to the community swimming pool, you must cross a small street, without traffic.
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
