The house has two floors. On the ground floor there are two living rooms with access to a terrace, a living room and dining room, a guest toilet, a renovated and equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: two with a double bed, two with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.
There are stairs to access the rooms.
The house is suitable for winter. There is no TV. Has wifi.
There is a pleasant porch outside the house, with partial views of the sea.
It has parking for 2 cars on the grounds of the house.
5 minutes by car from the beach of Sa Riera.
3G internet service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area.
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
