The apartment is composed of living/dining room with fireplace and exit to the large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a toilet. From the terrace you have access to the swimming pool and the community area. It is a perfect property for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities and activities.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10€ per person for sheets and 10€ per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the condition of the gardens and swimming pools, nor the possible restrictions on their use. The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
