It is located in the lower part of the community, and although it is a ground floor there are stairs to access both the apartment and the pool.

It can be accessed by 2 different streets, the street below being more comfortable to download.

Located in the Golfet area, approximately at 1 km from the beach.

The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties.
