Apartment on the first floor, consisting of entrance hall, living room with access to terrace with views directly to the beach of Sa Riera, a double room with two single beds with beautiful sea views, another room with three single beds. Equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, both reformed.
There are stairs to access the apartment. It does not have parking.
Pets are not allowed.
3G TV and Internet service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Drought situation.
The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
