Community of two apartments with spectacular views of the sea and community pool, 10 minutes walk from Aiguablava beach, Begur, Costa Brava.
Capacity for 4 people, 2 rooms.
Distributed on two floors. At the entrance of the apartment we find a double room with a matrimonial bed and a bathroom with a shower, a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and direct access to the terrace with spectacular views of the sea. The terrace is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol, ideal for family meals. On the upper floor is the living room with access to a terrace with views, a double suite-type room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside is the pool, with sun loungers, pool chairs and a small table. An area with an Argentine barbecue and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and a bathroom with shower; all of it communal.
There are stairs to access the apartment.
It does not have parking. You can park on the street without problem. The apartment has Wi-Fi
Television service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Drought situation.
The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
