The ground floor consists of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen and access to a terrace with a garden. A double room with a complete bathroom and access to a terrace with views of the community.
From the ground floor there is access to an upper floor where we find 3 double bedrooms, one en suite and 1 full bathroom. Each room has access to the terrace
Private parking.
The community is very quiet and has a swimming pool.
A railing is being installed on the interior stairway.

We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for a supplement of €10 per person for sheets and €10 per person for towels. Let us know if you are interested, so we can have everything ready for you when you arrive.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree-Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the good condition of the gardens and swimming pools. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
